Instructions
1. Preheat the Oven
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Prepare the Potatoes
- Peel and slice the potatoes into thick wedges or slices, depending on your preference.
- Toss the potato slices in a large bowl with salt, potato seasoning, paprika, and a drizzle of vegetable oil.
- Arrange the seasoned potatoes on a baking sheet lined with soaked parchment paper.
3. Prepare the Minced Meat Filling
- In a large bowl, combine the minced meat with salt, ground pepper, coriander, and meat seasoning.
- Add corn starch, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, minced garlic, and tomato paste to the mixture. Mix until evenly combined.
- Gradually add the water while stirring to create a slightly moist but firm consistency.
- Add dried parsley for an extra layer of flavor.
4. Assemble the Dish
- Spread a generous layer of the minced meat mixture over each potato slice on the baking sheet.
- For an indulgent touch, sprinkle grated cheese over the top of the meat mixture.
5. Bake the Potatoes
- Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven.
