  • 6 chicken drumsticks
  • 4 chicken thighs

  • 300 g mushrooms, sliced

Instructions

1. Prepare the Chicken:

  • Season the chicken drumsticks and thighs with salt and black pepper.
  • In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat.

2. Cook the Aromatics:

  • In the same skillet, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of butter.
  • Add the finely chopped onions and sautรฉ until soft and translucent.

4. Cook the Chicken:

  • Return the browned chicken pieces to the skillet, nestling them into the sauce.
