- 300g boiled meat or ham, shredded or chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2–3 tablespoons mayonnaise

- 4–5 boiled eggs, chopped
- 1–2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1–2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper to taste
For Filling 3 (Carrot and Cheese)
- 1 large carrot (200g), grated
- 180–200g cheese, grated
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2–4 tablespoons mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Zucchini Rolls

Grate the Zucchini and Onion
- Wash the zucchinis and peel the onion.
- Grate the zucchinis and onion into a large bowl. Squeeze out excess liquid to ensure the batter is not too runny.

- In a separate bowl, beat the eggs.
- Add the grated zucchini and onion, flour, salt, and black pepper. Stir until smooth.
